ClassLink is the district Single Sign-On (SSO) that will be used by students and staff to access digital curriculum/resource sites that are SSO capable. This eliminates the need for a user to remember multiple usernames and passwords.

Google Classroom

Google Classroom is a free and secure learning space for teachers, students, and schools. It provides a safe way for teachers and students to connect, share content, access homework, participate in discussions and receive class information.


Using Google Classroom allows you and your child to have access to course work at any time through the Internet and is accessible online and through any mobile devices with Internet capabilities—including iPhone, iPad, and Android devices. Additionally, the use of Google Classroom will help keep students informed of due dates, assignments, and grades.

Google Drive


Google Drive allows students to store files and create Google Docs (similar to Word), Google Slides (similar to PowerPoint), Google Sheets (similar to Excel) and other apps. Google Drive as a giant flash drive in the sky. It has unlimited storage for each user in the district and it can also store non-Google apps files, similar to Microsoft Office, PDFs, pictures, and more.

Google Docs

Google Docs allows your child to create and edit text documents right in your web browser or on a mobile device—no special software is required. A great feature of this application is that multiple people can work in the document at the same time, they can see people’s changes as they make them, and every change is saved automatically.

Google Forms

Google Forms allows your child to create forms for data collection purposes. Students and teachers can use Google Forms to create surveys, quizzes, and more. The form is web-based and can be shared with respondents by sending a link, emailing a message, or embedding it into a web page or blog post. Data gathered using the form is typically stored in a spreadsheet.
